Mr. Eric L. Evans is the founder and president of Peak Learning Companies Inc., a management training and coaching firm that has been critical in helping guide organizations and individuals through managing change. In 1991 he received his BS in Psychology and Communications with a focus in organizational development from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He currently facilitates corporate training programs and delivers inspirational speaking workshops using the wilderness as a metaphor and methodology for achievement of success in business and in life. He speaks from his own innovative model that illustrates all people can accomplish any goal if they receive 5 principle values called the F.I.V.E. - O. model. ® Whether he is in the classroom, boardroom or an out doors environment, he is an industry leader and pioneer with more than two decades of experience coaching clients to embrace new opportunities, develop innovative ideas, and learn new perspectives. His clients have included a number of colleges and prestigious universities, Fortune 100 companies, National Football League players, and spiritual leaders from international developing countries. He utilizes his unique background to impact a positive change for all of the organizations with whom he works. He believes if you “inspire the heart, hands and feet will follow”®. Eric is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys sharing rock and ice climbing, sea kayaking, and mountain biking. He currently lives in Minnesota with his wife and 2 children. |
